Privacy notice

This notice covers training enquiries and Company Academy updates at cacademy.astradynamix.com.

Who handles your data

The controller is Astra Dynamix s. r. o., company ID 57413177, Nová Ves nad Žitavou 426, 951 51 Nová Ves nad Žitavou, Slovakia. For questions and privacy requests, email petr.klimes@astradynamix.com.

Training enquiries

We process your name, email address and message. You may also provide your company, who the training is for and your preferred modules. We use these details to respond, discuss the scope and prepare an offer. For enquiries made on your own behalf, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For a company contact, it is our legitimate interest in handling a business enquiry under Article 6(1)(f). We need your email address to reply. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to updates.

News and practical guides

With your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), we use your email address to send Company Academy news, practical AI guides and training updates. This is a separate subscription list. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries that do not become orders for no more than 12 months after the last communication, then delete them. If an order results, further processing follows the contract's purpose and applicable statutory periods. We use subscription addresses until consent is withdrawn. We may retain necessary evidence of consent and withdrawal for the period required by law or needed to demonstrate compliance.

Who can access your data

Authorised Astra Dynamix personnel and providers needed to operate the service can access the relevant data. The website, forms and mailing service use Systeme.io, operated by ITACWT Limited, 2 Cruise Park Rise, Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15, Ireland. Enquiries are stored in that system and notifications reach our Microsoft 365 business mailbox. We do not sell your data. The form does not automatically send it to the AI providers named in the professional learning section.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or the supervisory authority where you usually live. We normally respond to rights requests within one month.

Links and website operation

Links to LinkedIn, our company website and the original Academy lead to separate services with their own privacy information. We do not use your enquiry for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Confirming and withdrawing consent

Confirm your subscription address using the link in the confirmation email. Company Academy has a separate subscription and does not enrol you in the original Academy series. Unsubscribe using the email link or by contacting Petr. A link to unsubscribe from all marketing emails may stop marketing messages from our entire account. Viewing the website and sending an enquiry do not require a subscription.

Agreement with our provider

We have a data processing agreement with ITACWT Limited. For hosting, it lists Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL and AWS regions in the EU. This applies to hosting, not automatically to every technical service.

Technical records and email tracking

According to its support team, Systeme.io automatically tracks email opens using an invisible image and clicks using tracking redirects. Records are linked to a contact and message and used for communication statistics. Support states that no general tracking switch is available. The platform uses Sentry, provided by Functional Software, Inc., USA, for error diagnostics and stability monitoring; processing may involve the USA. The platform provider operates this technical monitoring. Astra Dynamix remains responsible for processing for which it acts as controller. This information is based on the provider’s responses and does not mean that every technical service processes data exclusively in the EU.
