FROM THE BASICSYOUR OWN RULESYOUR OWN SKILLSCONNECTED WORKFLOWS
01 / Choose where you want to get to
For teams and individuals
From your first prompt to your own skills and connected workflows.
Three connected levels. Start with one module or enquire about the full path. We will agree on your starting point based on what you can already do.
Module 01
AI basics in practice
You are starting out or want to strengthen the basics.
What you will buildA configured workspace, a usable prompt and your first checked result.
Set up your workspace
Learn to describe the task
Documents, emails and source checks
Detailed syllabus
Set up your workspace
Find your way around the tool, prepare your workspace and try your first task.
You know where to start and where to enter your prompt.
Learn to describe the task
Describe your goal, add source materials and specify the output. Then refine the prompt based on the first response.
You have a prompt you can reuse.
Documents, emails and source checks
Compare three sample supplier proposals against the same criteria. Flag missing information and verify numbers and sources. You will also draft a follow-up email from meeting notes.
You can write basic prompts and want a repeatable way of working.
What you will buildAn assistant with your own rules, source materials and a tested skill.
Give your assistant rules
Prepare its source materials
Build a repeatable procedure
Detailed syllabus
Give your assistant rules
Define how it should write, which sources it may use and when it should ask instead of guessing.
You have your own rules for a specific task.
Prepare its source materials
Organise sample documents, examples and relevant information. Decide what can go into AI and what must stay out.
Your source materials are organised for the task.
Build a repeatable procedure
Break one task into steps. Save that procedure as a skill and reuse it for similar requests.
You have a procedure, for example for preparing meeting notes.
Test and improve your assistant
Work through an example, compare the result with the sources and fix any rules or steps that do not work.
You know what to check before using it again.
Recurring work tasks
Use a saved procedure for meeting notes or a weekly report. Define the input, the output and the checks before use.
Example — an assistant for meeting notes
Source materials
Meeting notes and a sample summary.
Rules
Do not invent deadlines. If no owner is named, mark the owner as not specified.
Saved procedure
Separate decisions, actions and open questions. Include owners and deadlines only when they appear in the notes.
The resulting output
A summary of decisions, an action list with owners and deadlines, and questions to resolve. Anything missing from the notes remains marked as not specified.
Your check
Compare the summary with the notes. Confirm actions and deadlines before sharing.
We will agree on the tools, scope, format, date and price with you. You will receive a personal reply within 24 hours.
02 / How it works
Choose your level. Apply it to your own task.
01
Agree on your starting point
We will discuss your experience, work tasks and the right module or combination of modules.
02
Create your own output
You will practise every step. We can start with sample or anonymised materials.
03
Check it and build on it
Compare the result with the sources, fix weak points and agree on a useful next step.
03 / Your trainers

04 / Before you decide
Before we start.
Can I join if I am new to AI?
Yes. The first module starts with setting up your workspace and writing your first prompt. If you already use AI, we will discuss starting with your own skills or connected workflows.
What will I need?
Your own computer, an internet connection and access to the agreed AI tool. We will clarify the tool, any subscription and the materials before training. We can start with sample data.
Where can I find the price and date?
Tell us whether the training is for you or your team, and what you want to do with AI. We will reply personally within 24 hours, then agree on the scope, date and price.
05 / Training enquiry
Training for yourself, or for your team?
Choose one module, several modules or the full path. If you are unsure where to start, tell us what you want to do with AI. We will help you choose.
Tell us about your work task.Tell us what you can already do with AI. For team training, you can include the number of participants.
We will reply personally within 24 hours. We will ask any questions needed to put together your training proposal.
Agree on the content, date and price. Then you can decide whether the training is right for you.
